Well, here's what I have been working on this new year and it was so much fun! Gotta love girly stuff...

Bad Blogger!

I'm kind of bad at this whole blogging thing...but there's nowhere to go but up, right?!? Anyways today Baby Girl and I are gonna make some playdough with this tutorial. I'll post some pics later...

Well I did it...

I finally did some crafting!! Thank goodness, I was starting to go a little stir crazy! I made a frame tray using Lemon Tree Creations tutorial which is such a super cute idea, see here. I didn't do it exactly the same, for the simple fact that I am impatient and didn't have all the materials on hand...Anyways here is my version with pictures as I went, well except for one step, I forgot to show a pic of painting the frame...oh well :)

Not too shabby, not as good as LTC, but close enough for me...

Here's a new wreath I threw together for our front door, its kind of plain, but I like it bc we have four birdies in our family now...

Hello Hello! During my daily craft blog searches I found two very cute craft ideas that i SO want to try! Here's the first one from Get Your Craft On...check it out...NOW...ok are you back?!? Isnt that a cute simple idea! And the other project is from Lemon Tree Creations...again, check it out NOW....k, my turn....SO CUTE, right?!?! It would make a great mothers day gift. I know what you are thinking, those are easy!! and should only take a day, maybe two max.....phsisshh, ya right...not in this household. Between taking care of a newborn, a toddler, a husband, two dogs and a beyond messy house, not to mention a bday party for the toddler......these cutie patooties will have to wait....insert pouty face here....

Seriously, my goal is to have them done by the middle of may, i'll post pics

Here's what I've been up to...

I know I am the worst at keeping a blog, but at least I have a good excuse....

We introduced our second child, our son Behr Matthew. He has brought so much joy into our lives and these days I am just learning how to be a mother of two! Good thing big sister has been such a big help! Well thats my excuse and its a great one!!! I plan to pick back up with the ole blog, but we'll see....

Pitiful Pearl

That pretty much sums up my blogging abilities. I have done a few crafts here and there, I even took pictures but haven't uploaded anything yet...my blog is...well...pititful! I'm 37 wks pregnant with baby #2 and I'm kind of freaking out. Not in a bad way, just really wanting to be prepared, if possible. Anyways, its not much of an excuse, but it will work for now. Hopefully in the next weeks I will be more active with the blog!
